The movie is set at Dulles Airport in Washington, D.C. Too bad the set designer forgot to change the "Pacific Bell" sign on the pay phone that John McClane (Bruce Willis) uses on the airport grounds early in the film

* The Shawshank Redemption
In the scene where the prisoners who have been working on the rooftop sit around having beers, you see one inmate grab a bottle of suds and twist the cap off. Wrong! Twist-off caps didn't exist in 1949, when the story takes place. The beer would have been sold in cans--STEEL cans, not aluminum.
